Process Stages (From Waste to Compost)


• Acceptance & Pre-Processing: Entry of waste into the system and shredding of bulky materials to a homogeneous form.
• Mechanical & Optical Sorting: Selection of recoverable valuable materials using ballistic separators, magnetic systems and optical sensors.
• Biological Decomposition (Composting): Stabilisation of separated organic content through microorganisms under controlled oxygen and moisture conditions.
• Maturation & Screening: Curing of the compost and purification from foreign matter (stones, glass shards, etc.).
• Packaging: Bagging of the final product for agricultural or industrial use.
