Plant Product Range
Our line has the flexibility to produce board types specialised for different application areas:
• FX (Standard): Interior partition wall and suspended ceiling boards.
• WR (Water-Resistant): Silicone-treated boards for wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
• FR (Fire-Resistant): Glass-fibre-reinforced boards with high fire resistance.
• Exterior Sheathing Boards: Boards with special protective facing, resistant to outdoor weather conditions.
Gypsum Board Line Process Stages
Raw Material & Additive Preparation: Computer-controlled mixing of calcined gypsum powder, water and chemical additives (foaming agent, accelerator, starch).
Board Forming & Paper Feeding: Shaping of the gypsum slurry cast between upper and lower liner paper to the required thickness (9.5 mm, 12.5 mm, 15 mm, etc.) between precision rollers.
Setting Belt: Long conveyor belt where the gypsum completes its setting process.
Cutting Unit: Automatic cutting to required lengths (typically 2,500 mm – 3,000 mm) with millimetric precision.
Drying Kiln: Optimisation of board moisture content in multi-deck, heat-recovery kilns.
Edge Trimming & Stacking: Edge squaring, face-to-face board turning and automatic robotic palletising.
