Production Process
1. Raw Material Preparation: Sand, calcite, cement and mineral fillers are stored in silos or stockpiles. Drying, crushing, screening and grinding are applied as required.
2. Dosing & Weighing: All raw materials are dosed with precision weighing systems according to the formulation.
3. Micro-Additive Feeding: Chemical additives are added via manual or fully automatic micro-dosing system.
4. Mixing: Homogeneous mixture is obtained in high-efficiency ribbon or specialist mixers.
5. Packaging: Automatic bagging in 20 kg, 25 kg or various other packaging options.
6. Palletising & Stretch Wrapping: Products are palletised by manual or fully automatic systems and prepared for dispatch.
