The Gypsum Plants of the Future with IPS Technology
Proud to have manufactured Turkey's first single-piece Gypsum Calcination Kiln with a diameter of 2,800 mm, a length of 2,000 mm, and a capacity of 1,000 tons/day in 2007, our company continues to lead the industry. In 2013, we successfully manufactured a kiln with a diameter of 2,800 mm, a length of 2,300 mm, and a feeding capacity of 1,200 tons/day. In our plants, we offer calcination capacities ranging from a minimum feeding capacity of 100 tons/day to a maximum of 1,200 tons/day with a single kiln, and for higher volume demands, we can scale production without limits by synchronizing multiple kilns.
Stay one step ahead of your competitors with IPS Technology, which secures every stage of your investment and delivers maximum digitalization across your production processes:

Process Flow
Crushing & Screening: Raw gypsum rock is crushed and screened to achieve the optimum feed size for the calcination process.
Calcination: High-efficiency calcination systems remove the chemically combined water from natural gypsum under precisely controlled process conditions. IPS Makina offers both rotary kilns and its patented CAF™ Vertical Kiln Technology.
Grinding & Classification: High-performance grinding mills and air classifiers produce micronized gypsum with precise particle size distribution according to product specifications.
Dosing & Mixing: Chemical additives, perlite, and other raw materials are automatically dosed with high precision and homogeneously blended according to the selected product formulation.
Packaging & Dispatch: Finished products are packed using high-speed valve bag filling systems with optional robotic palletizing solutions for fully automated logistics.
Dust Collection & Environmental Control: High-efficiency dust collection systems recover airborne material generated throughout the production process, returning valuable product back into the production line while ensuring compliance with environmental emission standards.
Plant Configurations & Product Portfolio
IPS Makina production plants are engineered to manufacture the full range of gypsum-based powder products demanded by today's construction industry, including:
