Our Packaging Solutions
• Rotary Packaging System: Manufactured with 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 filling spouts. This unit, which can operate integrated with impeller or air-jet filling technology, packages bags in the 20–50 kg range with ±2% weighing accuracy. The entire process is managed by a high-precision electronic weighing and control unit, ensuring real-time data monitoring during filling and maximum operational reliability.
• Linear Packaging System: Our systems, produced with impeller or air-jet filling options, fill powder products into Kraft and PP bags with high efficiency. The ductile iron body structure maximises material flowability and prevents blockages through the 4-vane mechanism in impeller systems and air pads in air-jet systems.
• Big-Bag Filling System: Designed for the rapid and safe filling of powder and granular materials into large-volume bags (Big-Bags) of 500–2,000 kg.
Packaging & Filling Process Stages
• Product Feeding & Storage: Keeping the material to be packaged available in the filling hopper with level control.
• Precision Weighing (Load-Cell): Achieving the target weight (25 kg, 50 kg, etc.) with gramme-level accuracy using advanced weighing terminals.
• Filling & Compaction: Homogeneous filling of the material into the bag with air evacuation or vibration assistance.
• Closing & Labelling: Sealing of the bag mouth, stitching, or printing of barcode/coding information.
• Palletising & Stretch Wrapping: Stacking of filled packages onto pallets by robotic systems and stretch-wrapping against external influences.
